GRANVILLE knows housing!
As a Huntsville city planner and a local housing official, Granville has worked with local realtors and developers helping and advising them in subdivision and housing developments. He literally wrote the book on "Housing in Huntsville" which detailed the development costs associated with building subdivisions in Huntsville. While a Huntsville city planner, Granville also worked for a year in Atlanta as an advisor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on Huntsville issues. Later, Granville won many sales awards while helping to develop an office products business which was chosen by the Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce as "Small Business of the Year" in 1993.
KAREN knows people!
She is trained to LISTEN to and ADVISE you, having degrees and experience as a social worker and school teacher. She has also been a full-time mother, an entrepreneur, and an award-winning sales representative. Active in church and Huntsville community theater, Karen has written, directed, performed and taught theater in various settings, including dramatic presentations for ladies' events in several states. Having lived in seven states and one foreign country--she knows about moving.
